Asset Finance HQ (Newpearl Leads Pty Ltd, ABN 00 000 000 000) provides an online enquiry and referral service that introduces you to finance providers and brokers. We are not a lender or finance broker, and we do not provide credit assistance or credit advice. We do not assess, approve, or arrange finance.
2. No advice & no guarantee
Information on this site is general only and does not take your objectives or circumstances into account. We do not guarantee that you will be matched with a provider, approved for finance, or offered any particular rate or term. Eligibility, rates and approval are determined solely by the relevant provider.
3. Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information and confirm you are at least 18 years old and authorised to submit any business details you provide. Finance enquiries are intended for business or commercial purposes.
4. How we're paid
Our service is free to you. We may receive a referral fee from a finance provider or broker when we introduce a customer.
5. Consent to contact
By submitting an enquiry you consent to being contacted as described in our Privacy Policy. Consent is not a condition of any product or service and can be withdrawn at any time.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for the conduct of any provider we refer you to, or for any loss arising from your use of this site, except for rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
